Interlace entails interdependency of the two forms to one another. Even though the forms interlock from a single point it keeps them in balance. The space in between these forms expands as they move away from each other.

Courage is the only piece in the series that is composed of a single form. Drawing from its inner courage, this particular stance which is difficult but playful explores itself and the space around it fearlessly. Like pushing the boundaries of one’s comfort zone.

Born from a single root, Pulse series is a profound form of unity. The piece creates the illusion of being in perpetual motion, as if being caught in the millisecond of a moment right before flight or the moment of landing. The uncanny balance arises from the two parts moving in contrary directions. The piece reaches to the sky as if to transmit the power of the earth that nourishes it.

This sculpture consists of both bronze and marble forms, which reflect the different materials’ dialogue about light, color, and tempature. This dynamic sculpture emulates movement through the forms expansion and contraction, creating an imperfectly parallel space. The endless curvatures of the forms encapsulate a poetic language, even though the verticality and the size play with patriarchal notions of power. This piece is a search for the coexistence of grace and power. Can power ever be graceful?

Two forms of white and grey marble work that highlights the space in between, Calm Tide is like the ebb and flow of the ocean, the two forms ascend and descend over one another. The continuous movement of the two forms is in accordance with their actions. Neither form overtakes the other’s space; on the contrary, they take sequential turns.

These two forms, organic and fluid in their nature, are synchronous. The contrasting colors of black and white emphasizes the desire to vocalize their uniqueness. The

abrupt and direct movement of the white piece over the black, anchoring into the earth, almost slows down the course of the flow.

Doğaları organik ve akışkan olan bu iki form eş zamanlıdır. Kontrast teşkil eden siyah ve beyaz renkleri özgünlüklerini dile getirme arzusunu vurgular. Beyaz parçanın siyah üzerindeki âni ve doğrudan hareketi, yeryüzüne demirleyerek akışın seyrini neredeyse yavaşlatır.
